The New Edge Stress
Management Program
Because our lives are busier than ever, and the demands upon us
can seem overwhelming, the need to learn better coping skills and
tools has become the watch word of individuals, families, and
industry. Managing the details and stresses of our lives while
maintaining our best selves is challenging, but expertise is
available.
The New Edge Stress
Management Program developed by Joyce Dolberg Rowe LMHC,
speaker, clinician, hypnosis professional, and leadership trainer,
can be successfully and effectively delivered in a keynote
presentation, half/full day program, or 6 weeks sessions on site.
Anxious feelings emanating from
the belief that there is not enough time in the day to get the job
done or that the tasks are insurmountable, can lead to paralyzing
frustration, decreased motivation, increased procrastination,
health risks, depression, anxiety, mood swings, and relationship
problems across the board.
Our program addresses the
common stress related issues in the workplace or our personal
lives which lead to absenteeism from work, school, and living a
more harmonious life in the present.
The New Edge Stress Management Program can and will be
learned, practiced, attained and maintained through this program.
